"suspected", "connected" ... FACT: there was no CW program, the US destroyed a research facility as "dangerous" als "Al Qaida's chemical weapons plant" in Sudan: http://www.thirdtablet.com/InfiniteJustUs/chomsky_on_sudan_bombing.html …

Congress has still never authorized use of military force against Syria.

They don’t have to. A single event can be executed without a formal declaration of war. The Prez has that ability. Courts have said as much.

Prove there were chemical weapons there, and why would bombing something like this in a heavily populated area be not a war crime? Women and childrens lives don't seem to really matter..

Yale Uni suspected of ties to chemical weapons manufacture in USA, so now Yale Uni can be bombed & razed to the ground before a chemicals' watchdog fact finding has a chance to examine Yale Uni facility for any links to chemical weapons? Do you even realise the horror of it all?

Shows surface damage but doesn't reflect anything useful about deep storage or bunkers- what percentage was maintained under ground? In this age, I imagine most modern countries maintain their stockpiles in bunkers far under ground esp after the strikes last yr
