This red-hot economy shows what happens when a place has more jobs than workers. Is the rest of America next?https://on.wsj.com/2JEjeaB

Also a message to those working in this booming economy in this area of the Midwest ; don't take your job for granted. Work hard and save your money because the economy will take a downturn (sooner or later)

it helps when workers can past a drug test. The reason so many jobs are open is because no one can pass a drug test, it is a nation wide PROBLEM.

The reason we have a shortage of workers is because we have a surplus of cheaters who refuse to work because The United States Government provides a monthly payment to these cheaters. The Federal Government should be DEFUNDED as soon as possible, and most social problems go away.

End Federal Income Tax immediately and this problem ends instantly, along with most other problems that are directly related to The Federal Government- management of nearly every aspect of society. Stop financing failure, disaster and malfeasance.

Should some people who are not working or who are living elsewhere make the decision to move to where the jobs are? I recall during the Depression when many West Virginians rode buses, drove cars, or even walked and hitchhiked up to northern Ohio and elsewhere.

I hope Elkhart will diversify. I also hope outlying areas will invest in farming, and schools will provide vocational programs so kids will have job skills they need when they graduate. But for now, remember which administration created this (hint: Not the @Democrats)
