        I feel like the solution to offensive caricatured accents is to hire Indian actors to play Indian characters. I also think this is the argument Kondabolu is making, when he's talking about the voice. He has a number of other problems with the character which this article ignores.

        Since the guy who made the documentary is American I don't think he has to much equity in Indian politics. He has, however fought for the rights of American citizens for basically his entire career so....
