No lol it's because computers fragile and when u use a gun you want it to work the first time. How many time have I tried adjusting my thumb to unlock my phone on occasion a few times. How many times have a pulled and trigger and failed to fire. Never.

No one wants it because it’s stupid concept and design, not to mention that the electrical components can fail or the batteries could be damaged locking you out of a gun that should be able to be used on demand. No one would ever willingly adopt this.
