Fewer people went to the movies last year than at any point in 23 years. That's why theater owners are ripping out their seats and starting over.https://on.wsj.com/2GSD9ot

Maybe if Hollywood devoted more time to making compelling movies and less time lecturing us on what we should think about Trump....?

Why go through the hassle of going to the movies, spending the high ticket cost, hearing other people talking during the show, when you have that beautiful flat screen ultra high definition TV at home and just have to wait a few months to see that movie?

They are completely making bad decisions. Lower the prices of both the tickets and the popcorn/candy counter, and you will fill the seats. You don't need more comfortable seats, you just need an affordable night out.

Instead of ripping out their seats and starting over. These owners should inform the Hollywood to keep their political opinions to themselves. #NoOneCares about what you think.

I love the movies and think it’s a relatively cheap night out. Remember, this is 2018 not 1950. Where else can you be entertained for 2 hours and pay $10 a ticket in 2018?

Boston, MA for a matinee. Sorry, 13.50 for a night show but 10 for kids. Still, a bargain.
