        Is not taxpayers money! Of the $4.05 billion; $2.2 was collected from the estate of Jeffry Picower $1.7 from JPMorgan Chase, the remaining funds from Carl Shapiro, and from criminal forfeiture actions against Bernard L. Madoff, Peter B. Madoff and their co-conspirators.
