Please. The sainthood of Paul Ryan is nauseating. He is a spineless coward who looked the other way with trump. In so doing the GOP is weakened, probably beyond repair. Let’s hope our democracy is still in one piece when all is said and done. Thanks a lot, Paul.

Give me a break. He was a hypocrite on achieving his agenda which ballooned the deficit which he was against all during the Obama years. He was a slave to his donors and his lies and obfuscation stopped working for him so he ‘retired’which is the new Republican code for GET OUT!

*Vomit emoji* His goals were to rip healthcare away from people, give tax cuts to his donors, and kick off "starve the beast". Mission basically accomplished he can now walk away and live off his unearned wealth and not have to face the consequences of his actions.

Call it what it really means. Taking from the poor to give to the rich.

Actually, part of the Republican plans in the past were the exact opposite. Means testing would decrease or eliminate social security for the wealthy. You should read more.

Nobody ever planned on taking money from the poor. Just more liberal scare tactics.

Why are people so afraid to tackle the “military industrial complex” Ike warned us about? Each year we spend more than the next 10 countries COMBINED! All the while the people who protect our homes and businesses daily are forced to live in relative poverty!

We've gotten ourselves into a pickle where the economy depends on big government and debt because American income cannot support domestic production. This is all the result of infamous 'trickle down economics' and poor management of globalization.

First thing; Social Security is not an entitlement we paid for it our entire working lives. Second thing: it's a government job to TAKE CARE OF ITS PEOPLE!!! All of them, not just the rich ones.

It’s not an entitlement when you pay into a system that is separate and specific from a general taxation.

Meanwhile, @SpeakerRyan spine was last seen in Aruba enjoying a cocktail and a massage. When asked for comment, Paul Ryan’s spine said, “Nope, I’m not surprised. But, really, the guy didn’t even try.” #SpinelessRyan
