That number will be forced to climb with illegals leaving. Forces companies to offer more for Americans. Cashiers used to get paid a whole lot more, before automation/illegals. Any cashier could be manager, back then (70s), because they knew everything, every sale, every price

Ya they could already pay more they choose not to. Monopolies like walmart did that not brown people. Also automations not going away. 4 to 8 checkouts 1 cashier. Also if you dont sell food chances are your on your last leg due to online shopping.

The market tells them they don't have to. Unskilled labor is not necessary that much anymore, becuz of things you mentioned, but a drop in workers because illegals going home will force saleries up to attract Americans. Market will force saleries up. It's all good then. #Paid

Na there just going to pay americans shit. There have been a billion min wage jobs for 6 years or so. I could work a diffrent one for a week all year. There already short staffed and high turn over why have they not paid more yet? Because we dont force them to.

Yes so they can lay them all off when they get their robots in place. I worked for that company and there have been talks of that for years and it's not far off. Their employees are worried about this too. They don't care about people they care about money like our Congress.

And hopefully improving their stock replenishing efforts. Not enough space on shelves for food. Constantly out of popular and sale items. Enough to make me consider Walmart.
