Again an America centric view generalized to incorporate the rest of the world. I don’t know @davidchang but I’ve seen him on tv this grubby man is doing very well as a chef and his recipes are interesting but food philosopher he is not.

Then we wouldn’t have Chinese food, California rolls, pizza with cheese and so many other foods we all love. It’s also interesting that the gay community which ALL culture comes from don’t complain about cultural appropriation.
