Why is the Dow only down 550 points now? A global trade war will lead us towards a depression. #StableGenius

“Potential”? We are IN the early stages of a trade war and Spanky is doing what he can to escalate it.

That's what the WTO is for and it's a WTO requirement. This was simple and Captain Bone Spurs turned it into a mess. A simple follow the WTO IP rights or we will look at alternatives would have done the trick. Nope, let's crash markets and more instead of being rationale

You cant win a public trade war with a country that has a Prez 4 life & doesn’t give a crap if the people suffer... Crushing the market, farmers is just ignorant

Chinese people won't suffer. But lots of Midwest farmers will. Trump imposed these tariffs to salve his fragile ego. He's like a kid and thinks the US economy is his toy. He'll find out in November that he's a lame duck after Dems take the House.

Unfortunately the only thing Trump has been consistent on is trade... hes gonna crush the market, 401ks, speed us into a recession, crush farmers all over his ego, inability to admit mistakes & inability to listen

If the markets crash 5,000 points (giving up all the gains since jan 2018), because corporations have to build new factories in the US and employ 12 million american workers to build cars, iphones and computers at $25/hour.....is that bad for America and our children?pic.twitter.com/ndb0AZoZOL

And how would you accomplish that? Trump's tariffs are likely to be reversed because retaliatory tariffs are going to wreck Midwest farming. You are a dreamer. Keep dreaming.

The US economy would do much better by the 100,000 midwest farmers decrease farm output, to gain 28, million high paying manufacturing jobs. #tariffs would move jobs back to the USpic.twitter.com/lcsuCv8ki0

I'm done with you. YOu're an authoritarian socialist. Manufacturing output has INCREASED for the last 30 years with fewer workers. The future is robotics, not warm bodies.
