The payment was made with an eye toward ADVANCING Trump's ELECTION INTERESTS and thus, by operation of law, IMPLICATES campaign finance laws. This considerable contribution is well outside the permissible ambit of lawful contributions. Trump's knowledge = immaterial. Yes or No.

It's so nice that Michael Cohen has so much disposable income to pay to women who have had "alleged" adulterous sex with Trump for absolutely no reason...

Cohen took out $130k personally, we are to believe, with 0 knowledge of boss, used the TO address for correspondence, violated rules of professional conduct, and didn't even get an arse spanking? His tshirt must read, "My boss settled and all I got was debt and legal trouble"

Two things. As a threshold matter, his personal attorney is his AGENT and Trump is arguably VICARIOUSLY LIABLE for such an action which is, of course, UNHEARD OF in the practice of civil litigation, i.e., an attorney "paying a client out of their personal funds." Never happens.
