Opinion: Our worst enemy isn’t Putin. It’s the rancor that stops us from solving our problems, writes @BillGalstonhttps://on.wsj.com/2GBExM4

Let's wait til Mueller's report is released before we go making statements like this.

Mueller's report is a spectacular. Look what's happened with Mark. Whole system works for elections manipulations. Russian meddling 😂

Add to that a POTUS who keeps blasting America's FBI, DOJ, State Dept., news media, and Intelligence Community? Mueller's mounting evidence suggests collusion with Putin. We must pursue this probe honestly for America's sake. Please take Poll>> http://osintdaily.blogspot.com/2017/02/poll-has-putin-and-fsb-spy-agency.html …

It's not rancor if lies are being called out. But it does get tiresome.

Without brutally honest, objective, fact based self reflection there can be no progress. There are so many false narratives perpetuated throughout the media and our own biased beliefs which cloud public opinion and prohibit the people from engaging in meaningful dialogue.

...and (please correct me if I'm wrong) the rancorous polarization started with the repeal of the Fairness Doctrine in 1984, and right-wing media agitators Lee Atwater, Roger Ailes and Rush Limbaugh during the Reagan era. It was accelerated by Newt Gingrich in the Clinton years.
