        I assume China already sources agriculture products from those countries. China will just allocate whatever they were procuring from the US to other countries that they already procure agriculture from.

        It isn’t coincidence that China’s response to President Trump’s tariffs is to impose tariffs on products produced by Trump’s rural supporters. e.g., the tariff imposed on soybeans. That’s firing a warning shot through someone’s chest.
