Do these states have nothing better to do with taxpayer money than waste it on frivolous law suits, enough. Either you're here legally or illegally just answer the question

The Dems are showing their true colors now. Only citizens have voting rights. Reveal it.

Quit already, we are the United States and we need to know who our citizens are & who are not. Any country in the world would want to know this of people in their country. We need people to get a grip and concern themselves with what is important and not bother with what isn’t!

States don't want the government to know the actual number of Citizens vs Non-Citizens, because then the number of State Representatives in DC would be reduced, as it's based on the number of Citizens in the State.

This was a question on the census since 1965, except 2010 when Obama removed it, it's not a new question being added. The media is making it sound like the President added this new question.

Perhaps the citizens can sue to return the USA to the rule of law. Maybe we could also sue to have those who breach their constitutional oaths of office Jailed for treason and sedition. @TomFitton would that be possible?

Um only US citizens can vote. Thus getting an accurate # of US Citizens is neccessary as it is used to count population, # of electoral votes, etc. That is why Dems dont want those # found out. Along with how many people are in US illegally
