        This has been a problem for a long time. Companies have tried to make aware that they have jobs but many applicants are not qualified for many different reasons... skills, drugs, work ethics

        Raise the pay. If business is in an undesirable location you have to pay more, you have to add incentives. How many skilled laborers actually want to live in a place like Iowa? Move your business to a populated area?

        Too many students go to a 4 year college get in debt for a no career path job. There are skilled trade jobs with benefits where you get paid to learn (Apprentice). #MAGA
