The American West, home of cowboys and ranchers, is now also home to hikers and campers. The cowboys are losing.https://on.wsj.com/2J6p1Fs

Ranchers here in california getting skrewed by land trusts swallowing up land. Most ranchers are cash poor making them easy targets for land trusts. They take hunting rights, grazzing rights, everything.

Boo-hoo. That land and the water underneath it belongs to the people of the United States, not a handful of families who are upset they have to pay to use it. But, sure - in the name of “personal freedom” let’s increase their subsidies.

Hamburger is not an endangered species protected by federal laws. We don't need hamburger raisers given any more deference than anyone else. It would be better to stop raising cattle altogether.

The American West as depicted by Frederick Remington’s Statues is slowly passing away. American Consumer’s will be eating 🥩 raised in countries that do not have the FDA Quality Assurance we have here.
