Yanis Varoufakis is back to rescue Greece and rock the European establishment again. Or so he hopes.https://on.wsj.com/2usFOzd

Please !!! We've had enough of him. His ego is the size of the Alps and he is demonstrably incompetent. His "theories" cost my country several tenths of millions and a delay of maybe a decade in our efforts to set our house in order, financially. He did irreparable damage !!!

Varoufakis caused great and lasting harm to Greece with his actions as finance minister. His job wasn’t to “rock the European establishment” but to safeguard the financial well being of the Greek people, and he utterly failed!

Dear @WSJ , please consider the example of your good friends at the @FT and take note of how their readership responds to this completely unjustified glorification/promotion of Varoufakispic.twitter.com/KCn8kECIZc

One more of this and I am cancelling my subscription for a finance paper you clearly have no clue what you are talking about You are promoting a politician with negotiation tactics of a 5-year old that cost Greece c.200 billion in additional debt burden and foregone GDP expansion

Political rebel? Populist seems more accurate. Clown that cost Greece 200b euros for a publicity stunt is spot on.

Didn't he get fired last time? And what exactly did he achieve last time apart from controversy gossip? Taking on Angela Merkel probably seems like an achievement to him.
