I have an exit level iPad 2 it’s about as much use as a chocolate teapot! Won’t get fooled paying premium price for something so short lived again!

It won’t be capable of running new apps within 3 years! My iPad 2 is practically redundant now these Apple iPads are just not worth the premium prices with such short life spans !

What a shame! The regular price is 329 dollars, and they’re charging schools 299 dollars. Only 30 dollars discounts!!!

Anyone with a kid enrolled in school can get this price, not just schools. Find an Apple education dealer in your area and apply for the educational rate by providing evidence your child is enrolled (it varies so ask).

How about we stop selling out our students to the cheapest bidder? With kids in 6th thru 11th grades, I've got a front row seat to watch our schools go down the tubes. Gratuitous technology is harmful.

Let’s see, how many US schools have $299 available to spend on iPads when teachers sometimes have to provide their own school supplies and any extra money is spent on sandbag bunkers in every class?
