        ffs. New homes aren't being built due to lenders, buyers and builders being more financially responsible. Home prices are rising, but not enough to justify building new. This is blamed on new regs (ie. higher quality) and lack of construction workers. You just can't win!

        Baby Boomers went on a spending binge with those prime mortgages, then got kicked out, and Millennials don’t buy homes. Capitalism will sort it out, if Democrats don’t throw another wrench in the system first, like Fannie May and Freddie Mac.
