Actually start sending them to a real jail for starters. Seize their personal assets just like suspected and unconvicted black people.

GOOD News..US Constitution has a solution; Article One Section 8&10 nothing but Gold & Silver coin can be made a tender in payment of debts. Monopoly money never profited anybody but manufacturer of the game. The fall of just laws is the fall of the republic

Break up big banks, spread the risk. The way the architecture is conceived makes it too easy for contagion and agency problems. Regulation or oversight will not solve it. Only more competition and downsizing the system will.

We can’t. That is why there are fire walls. Make sure the fire is small enough to handle

How about real consequences when they break laws. Right now they maybe fine the banks ( which is actually tax deductible plus we are never shown proof fines are actually paid) but almost never do those who oversaw, colluded, conspired & ordered the act , actually punished.

Mandatory life sentences for any financial crime that requires government intervention, would be a start.
