        @Starbucks needs to improve the app if they want to increase useage. It’s so clunky and slow that it’s easier and faster to wait in line at the store.

        Starbucks uses their app to track where you go and what you buy along with your name, billing address, and cc# just to buy a coffee a little faster. They want people to use the app in order to mine all that sweet sweet personal data for fun and profit (but mostly just profit).
