        The toy in the normal Kinder Egg is considered a choking hazard for children.

        I'm European, I had Kinder eggs since I was in primary school and I never choked. The toy is in a small plastic egg inside the chocolate egg anyway. And there is a small paper with directions on how to put the toy's pieces together.
