Thank god the US has no inflation.. I mean, houses are such a bargain at $650,000, and fast food meals are such a bargain at $8-10.

A house is an asset that people on average buy once every seven years. Shouldn’t really be factored into inflation metrics

A house is paid for over 15- 30 years and thus SHOULD be factored into inflation metrics, since people and banks count on inflation to make home loans cheaper to pay off especially if the loans can't be securitized and sold to sucker investors.
