        Where does it say he self-recused? All the info I’ve read for months says he WAS RECUSED indicating involuntary removal.

        I agree that it’s huge news. I thought there was new info about him recused himself. Will be interesting to see whether the meeting Page and Strzok conspired to hold ever took place and when. Subpoena his schedule, itineraries, & smartphone.
