When DoD needs to enlarge its budget, it always says so. China is not the cause, but the needs to spend more dollars. Why not just tell the truth? Probably because they need to convince the Congress?

American companies don’t care losing technologies to China as long as they make money from China. To save American lives is US GOV responsibilities. US gov has to do something on American companies working with CCP before it is too late.
