        The poison which killed Kim Jong-nam was also administered in two parts. It was said to be vx and Kim died soon after. Thus, if such a dangerous substance was used in the Skripal case, why is it all victims are still alive? Where's the evidence? How did the culprit administer it?

        The substance needs to be confirmed by the Hague. Proper procedures must be followed. UK had refused offers of joint investigation from Russia & has refused to provide a sample of the substance for analysis. Porton Down can manufacture chemical weapons, has stockpiles.
