How is it that we were able to find all this money so quick, but we can barely fund actual education? Also, how is arming teachers going to stop shooters at a night club, music festival, or anywhere else other than a school? C'mon.

why not armed security? we have no problem protecting our celebrities, politicians and other public figures w/ professional armed security. Why do we leave schools completely open & undefended? Results matter, so yeah, I favor secured schools over aesthetically-pleasing targets.

It’s too bad you won’t see this type of technology in less privileged schools.

Is this what Steven Pinker meant in his latest book claiming human enlightenment had reached record levels in modern era and voilence is rapidly on way out! This school in the most advanced society of the world is the surest rebuttal of Pinker’s theory.

This is how capitalists protect children and make a difference. Leftists just strip away rights without solving the problem.

You can keep $19M design with multistep entry and nude body scanner… If you want safe school and public space, let teacher, administrator, security guard pack conceal carry. Funny that over 200 year ago solution is already write up in formal document! #COTUS
