He gets death penalty while the racist that killed black ppl and children gets life in prison. 🤔 of course both crimes were similar correct? They should get the same sentence correct?

I honestly shouldn’t have to ask which mass shooter you’re talking about, but which mass shooter are you talking about? I know Dylan Roof received the federal death penalty and is on Death Row in Terre Haute Federal Prison- but I’m not sure if that’s the one you’re talking about

Yes. He just got life in prison first then transferred to death row or is still waiting for judge to make decision? If he got the death penalty good. I hope so. Both crimes deserve as much.

He was sentenced to death on the federal level, which is why he’s in Terre Haute at their federal prison, which is where the put people sentenced to death at the federal level. Hopefully he won’t be there for 20 years and they speed up the process for him.

That isn't the point. The more attention these people get, the higher the chance of a copycat.

That’s an escape. If you really want him to suffer give him natural life. All his faculties will diminish further. Now that’s punishment.

Arrest his parents as well. Parents of teenage shooters should be arrested and prosecuted for child neglect and endangerment.

That sucks. Investigate his adoptive parents? Hold them accountable? Are legal guardians not responsible any longer?

We can prosecute the mental health professionals who misjudged the real extent of his mental/emotional derangement.
