In West Palm Beach we have SkyBike which is a nice idea. They are primarily used by tourists and the racks are god awful eyesores. They look like goofy Daytona Beach cruisers.

There's here in the Phoenix area and they're a huge eyesore. They get discarded everywhere, usually just tossed along the side of the road. I imagine the lifespan of one of these bikes is 1 month or 2 months tops.
