Not true. Very often the most tenured, those being paid more are the most likely to be cut loose.

Tenured? Highest paid? This is not the experience of black people in American industry, where friends, family, and neighbors of white people, were generally hired first. Minorities, specifically black people, were hired last, and at salaries lower than their white countreparts.

I'll tell you what the probability of my being is - a guy who spent over 30 years in the corporate world, don't think you can preach to me how it is. By the way, your whining race card is so passe.

My background is Wall Street, and my firm has probably represented yours. Not tossing race card, speaking stats. A white male high school dropout with a skill will earn more than white female, Asian, Latino, or black 4 year college grads. Suggest you read Rivera-Batiz and Crain.
