They’re kidding, right? With approximately 100,000 public schools in the US,this is literally $50.00 a school;less than a dollar a kid. What are they planning to do,buy everyone an active shooter drill sticker and call it good?Any kid with a calculator knows this is a cheap trick.

But they can't seem to find the time or money to pay teachers well, provide healthy lunches, fix leaky roofs, ensure there is heat/air, ensure schools have supplies, ensure access to broadband, get books that don't refer to the Civil War as the "War of Northern Aggression", etc.pic.twitter.com/w1CeZ8FcS1

Save 50 million and make it harder to buy guns ! It’s not only a cheaper alternative but it saves lives too !

Why can money be found for "gun safety improvements," but not for badly-needed pay raises, supplies, equipment, or school infrastructure improvements?

Uh, it would be cheaper to JUST DO THE RIGHT THING & pass GUN CONTROL and BAN assault weapons such as the AR-25.

The U.S. House needs to pass legislation on School Safety in America since many States are passing Gun Law Legislation and School Safety Legislation. Congress is behind in addressing the needs of American and School Safety in light of the Parkland, Florida shooting.

Support stable families. Shut down drug abuse by putting providers out of business. If we can put a man on the moon, we can do this!!

Like the FL teacher who was arrested for being a white supremist & the other who locked himself in a classroom &shot himself? That's going to go over bigly. The 2nd ammendment never included assault weapons for civilians, but it was snuck in, banned from 94-04, Reps let it expirepic.twitter.com/Q5DnMDXqLD
