I am not against anyone's right to protest. I am completely against using the public school system to push any agenda. That seems to be problematic in our schools. Public schools are to teach our children about education. Involving children in adult matters is never a good idea.

If you are trying to accomplish nothing , then continue on with that mentally. That will never happen. It’s more than twenty years now . Focus on school safety . It can be accomplished. Focus on holding people accountable and responsible and you’ll see progress .

I'm all for good & safe gun laws.. but when PUBLIC School teachers engage to brainwash #Children with ANY political or moral protest "movement" / vantage point ..as they seem to do regularly.. (sexuality, etc).. this borders on child abuse.

I do understand you saying Sandy Hook. But I personally don’t like 5 year olds being used as political pawns.

Five year old kids have older siblings who are talking about the walkout and parents who are teachers. They also have to practice how to hide if someone comes to their school and tries to kill them. They don’t want to be murdered. I think that they can understand that just fine

What??! Most of kindergarteners don’t even know what gun control is. They think gun control is when their parents take away their cowboy guns so they can’t play cowboy and Indians or cops and robbers.
