How are health insurance companies allowed to make this much money off of the backs of sick people?

I feel bad for everyone that has Cigna then. PBMs are scammers who only increase the cost of your scripts. Your insurance company forces you to use their PBM and they jack up the prices, too. I speak from experience with United HealthCare and the PBM they own, OptumRx. #Monopoly

🤢Express Scripts worst customer service and delivery EVER. Hours wasted trying to get meds, meds arrive month after prescribed. Absolutely nothing EXPRESS about Express Scripts. Big headaches ahead 4 Cigna customers who benefited from SUPERIOR Optum RX service & efficiency.

@Cigna I will NOT use Express Scripts. My locally-owned pharmacy has seen us through every crisis. We’ll stick with them the way they have stuck with us.

More Might the #Cigna purchase of #ExpressScripts be a poison pill undertaken by the pvt healthcare ins cabal to keep #Amazon, #Alphabet, or another large tech company from acquiring a major and still independent PBM? Cigna is still under contract with $UNH/#Catamaran/#optum PBM
