The pain of President Trump’s tariffs will fall not on China but on actors that play by the rules, including Canada, Japan and the European Unionhttp://on.wsj.com/2D6rOKE

but they export the most share of the steel to US, so in the eyes of steel workers, who is the enemy then? the move is to gain support for 2020. not for US interests

@realDonaldTrump truly has no idea what he’s doing on the ‘Global Trade Stage’. The ‘stable genius, deal maker’ has never been successful with Int’l trade and has no real experience. (Don’t believe for one second that leasing your brandname across the globe equates to ‘trade’)

We get 1% of our steel from China. The imbalance in trade is products and goods.

They must peal back the onion and see how and why China is able to circumvent trade agreements and make realistic targeted changes, throwing the baby out with the bath water the GOP’s typical solution is just self defeating

I was waiting on the punchline from this....seriously? We get taxed big by all these entities for THEIR benefit and none for ours. No harm in leveling the field. They “survive” off of U.S. Fairness is NOT unreasonable. WE paid for Japan’s defense, we ARE Canada’s defense.

Many of these trade deals were orchestrated by politicians who never managed a Profit/Loss statement from a lemonade stand, let alone, a global trade deal. Let the adults and Billionaire Business Titan and Master Negotiator fix. Just sit back, reap benefits, and be quiet. Wow.

Remember though, Trump is chewing food and spitting and this is what Putin wants. Destroy America. Start for me inside just like Krucheiv (sorry for spelling) indicated. Probably one of Putin's Playbook.
