A great deal of that money is a waste on people like me. We know what we want when we want it or can afford it, to include we've seen most things advertised far too often & rejected the majority of it. Unless it somehow aids us or makes our lives much better it's a no sale

And yet this is legal. Probably trumps fault eh? Can you say lobbyists made this possible that an American citizen cannot stop their personal info from being shared

It is legal because we signed the agreement when we installed the apps. They don't come for free. Our data is how they make money.

I love your thought process. It’s ok for companies to buy and sell our information to who ever they want and your good with that. You can’t even decide who they sell it too. I understand it’s legal I don’t believe the majority of people are fine with this

Of course you can decide. Install or uninstall the app. Choose whatever OS you want. Don't have a cell phone. All are options you have. Some people are ok with selling their habits instead of paying

I’m glad you support the current system and see nothing wrong with it. Phone companies have been selling our info long before OS and apps. Keep up the support though I’m sure they appreciate you.

What's wrong with companies monetizing their products? Whether through direct payments, ads or selling your data, as long as its legal and stated in the agreement I signed, it's fine by me. Phone companies were selling the info you agreed to sell in the contract...

Hard to keep your identity from being stolen when it’s being passed around like a whore. Glad you enjoy it. 👍👋

Stolen identity? What are you talking about?! User habits it's what's being sold, for marketing purposes. If your identity was sold without your permission, or anything else for that purpose, it's illegal and not what's being discussed here.
