They were too busy screwing down their suppliers to notice.

He aligned himself with Obama. Of course the company suffered.

@tgryta can't ignore the effect of a beancounter regime that stifled innovation #GE

The nuance of the narrative is never the truth. Funny how that works.

I hope GE’s share price slide serves as a wakeup call to GE’s Board.

"Mr. Immelt"? You cucks. He is an Obama sycophant who learned his "deafness" from the WH. If you are going to call this moron "Mr." maybe you should sow similar respect to a sitting president.

Immelt bent GE over to the Obama corruption and "bet" on government subsidies for the next 50 years. He lectured the world from his pompous seat of stupidity as he ground up decades of work by Jack Welch and thereby doomed all the pensions invested in the GE -- screw the peons

Obama was wrong in so many choices; no wonder he chose Immelt as his economic advisor. He also declared USA has only 2% of world oil reserves; who is more dumb, he or the democrats who called him a genius!

Does this article mention that some of the “bad news” was that they were gunna dump PCBs into towns and leave, turning the former prosperous towns into ailing and declining shells of their former selves?
