Less than a penny a can is a small price to pay for American jobs.

All 140k of them in Steel and Al? Vs 6.5m that rely on Al and Steel and will now simply move production to countries with cheaper materials?

So a penny a can = .24 on a case of beer. Distributors raise their prices more than this each and every year & people still buy their beer. I'll take the American jobs over all this whining.

If US allows foreign Govt subsidized aluminum imports to put US aluminium manufacturers out of business, the prices for aluminum products will cost many times what they do now if US is even able to buy aluminum at all.

I think this headline says alot abt The writers intent. "Beer Guts" meaning... deplorables/independents will not like paying more for beer. Well guess what," I like my beer from a bottle." America doesnt have to do any drink from aluminum.
