He hoards too much cash to beat the S&P in normal years in a low interest rate environment. Prob has less down side risk though as result.

Poor taking into account sweetened deals he's had (e.g. Goldman Sachs), lift from his name being associated with stock, ability to influence corporate activity (e.g. Heinz), not to mention whispers he hears in corridors from powerful friends. All that is worth +10 points.
