How about just hire the most qualified, Black, White, Brown, Red, Green, etc. What a concept.

Substitute that unnecessary extra height for a class curriculum that only the top 10 percent of students can keep up up with, and you see the problem. No crate can change that. If there were IQ transplants, they'd make a 130 donate 15 or 20 points to folks with an 85.

Or take points away from A and B students and give them to D students so everyone would get a C.

This is the last year that my kids school will A- name a valedictorian & salutatorian B- accept homeschooled transfers past beginning of 9th grade
-
Tell me more. I don't have kids in school, and need to hear more horror stories.

The process has become the goal. The goal is to not hire white or Asian males. I don't know what they expect to achieve by this, other than an echo chamber of applause. If Google were truly competitive, this process would guarantee their (Google's) extinction.

“I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the colour of their skin but by the content of their character.” How about just hiring the best person for the job???
-
Hasn't that always been the argument against affirmative action?
