Maybe because every other employee at YouTube was white, or Asian male. MAYBE, JUST MAYBE, they thought some diversity was a good idea?

Wouldn't you find the idea of being hired just for your race or gender instead of your education and qualifications disheartening?

I've never been hired EVER when my gender and race were not a consideration. GET REAL. People hire for various reasons, SOMETIMES those reasons are a need for DIVERSITY. GROW UP.

You just told someone to grow up because they can’t accept that a multi billion dollar company is racist. This is why racism is still a huge factor in our society. So sad.

Lol ofc she doesn't care because she's female. If it said they only hired men and excluded women we'd have a riot on our hands.
