As a gun owner myself I do not have a problem with this.

While not perfect....and it truly does not address the reasons behind the abominable acts commited by people who should not have access to firearms I believe this would be a help as well.pic.twitter.com/DnWDiW8QR2

But the truly big problem..with America's gluttony of weapons...isnt the hunter or even sports shooting aficionados its the upper echelons of the NRA having developed a very corrupt love of political influence instead of sticking to the original intent which was hunting safetey
-
The other major issue is the gun collector particularly those who seem to romanticize military hardware and the seeming driving need to have to own every variant...i enjoy renting these guns at ranges IF I feel a need to try one out...but I do prefer the skill of older firearms

Third major retailer to raise the age limit.

Amazingly , the 2nd Amendment is still in tact.Imagine that ! Thank you Dicks Sporting Goods, Wal-Mart and Krogers !! Good to know the NRA can’t buy everybody ! Who’s next ?

Just pushing under 21 buyers to alternatives to retail. And alternatives to retail probably means skipping background checks. Knee-jerk reaction creates unintended consequences.
-
Absolutely. Let’s not rush into this. Kids have been slaughtered in schools for over 20 years now. We don’t want to do anything rash that may save lives...

Nothing proposed would stop mass shootings. However, had existing checks and balances been applied, Stoneman Douglas might have been spared.http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5433695/Florida-school-shooter-called-cops-mom-died.html …

The Red Flag law, which FL doesn't have. may have stopped him. That's why that has to go nationwide.

Florida has the Baker Act, and it was considered for Nikolas Cruz until somebody in Social Services decided otherwise. There were multiple opportunities to arrest or hospitalize Cruz prior to the shooting.

No, doesnt sound like a bot. Instead, this sounds like someone as confused as me as to why Kroger was selling guns in the first place.
