“84% of stocks are held by the wealthiest 10% of households” What about mutual funds held in retirement accounts?

That includes mutual funds. Nearly half of all households have nothing saved for retirement.

The $200b goes to shareholders who either reinvest in other companies or spend the $. Either way it stimulates the economy.

It goes into a t-bill now that rates are over 3% and we need $1.5 trillion to make up for the tax cut.

To give some scale to $200 Billion, that’s 2.67 million people making $75,000 in a year. Or 533,333 people making that for 5 years. So much for creating jobs. And no, the wealthy are not suddenly going to buy more houses and cars. They’ve got that already.

Corporations don't pay taxes, they collect taxes via higher prices for Govt from the poor & middle class, so tax cuts mean at least price restraint in increasing prices if not price decreases both of which help the poor & middle class

Well, that was an unexpectedly fluffy article when the answer is so easy - and unflattering to the #TrumpTax cut.

Of course they are. The #MAGA @SenToomey #TaxBillScam was designed to do this. Regular folks who got in line behind Trump and this corporate giveaway got taken for a ride.
