When Rex resigns does anyone not expect him to go back to Exxon? I thought he only took the job to get this deal back on track - it is the largest oil deal ever and there is a lot of $$ sunk in on both sides

Yes. & some Americans think it normal that an ex-Exxon executive goes to RU, as Sec of State, to broker this deal? Tillerson was a horrible choice for SoS: no experience & his conflicts of interest rival those of the Trumps. Tillerson took the SoS position SOLELY for this deal

Ok-but here is the question: why in the hell was Tillerson, an ex-Exxon employee, brokering business deals as Secretary of State? This is freakin INSANITY.

Umm, they want to drill their own arctic territories thanks. Tillerson shot himself in the face when he took the job from Trump.

Don't get too happy. They might be looking at AK and other off-shore drilling opportunities to make up for their loss.
