Nope... Cut out all carbohydrates for a while, 2 weeks. Eat more fish and greens, all kinds of nuts are great too. No sugery ice cream or breads unless it's whole grains. Use your imagination.

Well my 25x was way off. See, I knew Heart disease was first, cancer was second and malpractice was third (leading cause of death) but I only knew the number of malpractice because I've been using it in arguments. Heart disease is much much higher.pic.twitter.com/VpeItLcoDX
