Yeah, because we know NYC is just a bunch of Trump supporters. 😒

New York City includes Staten Island. New York State is bigger than just NYC. The comment works even where his supporters are minority bc they can still be emboldened to terrorize.

The comment doesn't work, because he's just spouting off at Trump. He has no clue who is being antisemitic or who they voted for. Unfortunately when it comes to the Jews, there are lots of possibilities of who is harassing them.

He didn’t argue that the antisemites were supporters. He just said he has legitimized and encouraged. Point was he’s made it ok to be an open bigot. 90% spike is not a coincidence.

No he hasn't. Name one thing he has said to encourage antisemitism. The report names the factors. And given that the biggest spikes were in CA and NYC, the case could be made much more easily that its being done by Trump detractors, not supporters.

It could be made, but it would be ignorant and unsupportable. NYC, NY, and CA went for him, but none went 100%. Literally millions in NY and CA voted for him, and they feel emboldened to be openly bigoted.
