        You don’t have to have a crystal ball to decipher the underlying motivations of a pair of academics from the northeast who have likely never had to function in the real world. Pretending life is hunky dory for all college graduates is wildly stupid.

        That being said the warnings are crystal clear and coming from numerous sources. Share of income needs to shift from the executive level to the mid and lower levels. Even middle managers in many zip codes have a hard time getting ahead.
