        North Korea had also once upon a time built nuclear facilities for Syria as well. Luckily, the Israelis took it out. You can be dam sure they're gonna do it again, if this new facility goes up.

        Perhaps my memory is faulty, but Israel RETALIATES to Palestinian attacks. Build settlements on territory won after beating Palestinians back. When did Israel attack without provocation?
