        If you’ve ever spent time around a southern or rural high school, you’d also assume this (to be fair). Of course fewer guns means less shooting both in & around the school grounds, regardless. Otherwise, feel free to follow the NRA’s lead and look for your fall guy to blame.

        He's a human being and acted instinctively out of fear. Very few of us know what we would do in such a circumstance. He and his superiors must suffer the consequences nonetheless. Sheriff Israel must definitely be punished for his obvious sins despite his empty, cowardly excuses.

        The school was doing it all wrong anyway. Give the guy a break. He has to live with this for the rest of his life . 1) control school access, arm/train certain faculty, 3)screen school yards and high fences 4) review each school for its unique security needs 5) get on it today
