Warren Buffett says Berkshire doesn't own any gun manufacturers, but it would be 'ridiculous' for his company not to do business with those companieshttp://on.wsj.com/2EW5ULY

Buffett does not characterize Berkshire as a socially conscious/sustainable/etc investor and has the right to invest as he sees appropriate. If investors disagree with his philosophy, they can choose not to invest in Berkshire and select an alternative.

Oh so kids getting slaughtered in school is just a political thing then Warren, wonder if you’d feel the same way if it happened to you and your family

Gun manufacturers do not solely cater to school shooters. Why shouldn't Warren invest in gun manufacturers?

I disagree. That kind of thinking is why groups like the NRA flourish. 😤🤑🤑🤑😤

Sometimes, Mr Buffett, doing the right thing outweighs profit, as ridiculous as that may sound. Exactly how much money is enough for you?

Semi auto rifle* What do you care why I own a rifle? All you need to know is that law abiding gun owners exist. A few bad apples should not give people a reason to disparage gun manufacturers.

ya can't be everyones Dad Lee. If people want to do something they probably have a reason for it, You don't get to ban something just because you don't think it's necessary

But you can if it's a threat to public safety. Bubble gum isn't necessary, but I'm not proposing that be banned.
