Trump is really old school. Who builds a wall in this technological age of drones, lasers, low-orbit satellites etc. ? Assemble a team of the best tech-brains who will do it in fraction of the cost of the wall.

The crown is not big enough. But I like it. Trump wishes he was a King NOT just a President.

This wall would be nothing like the Berlin Wall. That wall was designed to keep people in, this keeps people out. Two extremely different purposes.

Why? Because of what the builder says? Anything man-made can be unmade. Walls go up, and they can fall down. Your defense is rather ignorant, don’t you think?

If the wall were to be taken down seeing as it would already be up, doesn't that mean you'd be condoning illegal immigration?

No. I would be acknowledging that the issue of illegal immigration is NOT an issue of border security. It is an issue of Mexico’s corruption and bad economy. No wall will stop illegal immigration. Why not find a way to stop the supply of what brings them here illegally?

We should probably focus on our government being able to govern its own country first; it can barely do that already. A wall would be a recognition of national sovereignty. There's no contesting the fact that it would, indeed, be exponentially harder to hop a wall than a fence.

Okay. Then stop all the agriculture plants and farms from hiring illegal immigrants. No jobs, no money, no future, no immigration. How about we stop the citizens of this nation from being the #1 customers of the drug cartels in Mexico, so they don’t fight over border access.

If they're here illegally, they are, by definition, a criminal. So yes, even if they're working in agriculture plants (who should be prosecuted for hiring them illegally), they need to be deported.

I'm going to guess without reading the story first. Trump said some inflammatory bullshit in his narcissistic way. Probably alluded to Mexico paying for the wall to repel what he would call dirty Mexican murderers & drug runners. EPN took umbrage as any thoughtful leader would.

And it's Mexico's fault that your nation has the highest rate of drug users and a insatiable demand for drugs that they'll bring from all corners of the world, be it Mexico, Asia, The Caribbean... or your hillbilly's meth production improvised garage.
